EB-3 hiring support for U.S. employers
Good jobs, filled by people who came to stay
Many candidates from Thailand and China come to EB3 Match looking for a long-term job and a future in America. We help U.S. employers find committed people among them for full-time jobs that stay open after local recruiting, then stay with them through the EB-3 green card process, so they arrive ready to work and ready to stay.
What we believe
- Every essential job deserves someone who wants it for the long term.
- American workers come first. EB-3 is for roles that stay open after an employer recruits locally.
- Immigration done right is honest, legal and human.
Our vision
We want every sponsored hire to be a success story: for the employer, for the worker, and for the community they join.
Across the country, restaurants, care homes, food plants and warehouses work hard to hire locally, and some essential jobs still stay open. Across Asia, many people are ready to commit years to the legal path EB-3 offers, bring their families and build a life in an American town. The program exists to connect the two, but the road is long and confusing, and too many people give up or are misled along the way.
We want to make that road clear and dependable. That means telling candidates the truth about timelines before they start, introducing only people who fit your real requirements, and staying with them until they are settled into your team and your community.
We measure success not in petitions filed, but in people still thriving in their jobs years after they arrive.
What makes us different
People, not paperwork
We get to know every candidate: their work history, their English, their family and why they want this. You meet people, not files.
Commitment you can count on
EB-3 takes years. We are honest with candidates about timelines and visa backlogs from day one, so the people who reach your interview are ready to see it through.
With you all the way
We stay involved through PERM, I-140 and the visa bulletin wait, keep candidates engaged and their documents ready, and help new arrivals settle in. Retention starts before day one.
How we work
- 1
Find
We reach candidates through our Chinese-language channel on life abroad and immigration and through community networks, and explain EB-3 honestly before anyone applies: how long it takes and how the visa bulletin affects them.
- 2
Screen
An English conversation; fit with the actual job (duties, location, shifts, wage); an immigration-history questionnaire with anything sensitive flagged for counsel; for skilled roles, confirmation that experience can be documented.
- 3
Match
We introduce only candidates who meet the position’s actual minimum requirements. You interview them by video and make your own hiring decision.
- 4
Support
We help candidates gather and translate documents for counsel, keep them informed through every stage, and help them settle in when they arrive: housing, bank account, Social Security card, community.
For employers
- Many candidates from Thailand and China for full-time, permanent positions you tell us you can’t fill locally, including jobs that need no degree or experience
- Every candidate checked against your actual minimum requirements before you spend time on an interview
- You decide who to hire, and your immigration counsel runs the legal process. We do the legwork in between: documents, translation, follow-up, and keeping candidates engaged through the wait
- Help for new hires settling in, so they start ready to work
For immigration law firms
- Pre-screened candidates for your employer clients’ EB-3 positions
- Candidate communication in Chinese, so your team isn’t chasing documents across time zones and languages
- Documents collected and organized the way you ask for them
- You remain counsel. We don’t give legal advice and we don’t share in legal fees.
Where our candidates fit
Visa availability depends on the candidate’s country of birth. Candidates born outside the most backlogged countries follow the “All Chargeability Areas” dates. For China-born candidates, roles that genuinely require two years’ experience or a bachelor’s degree move years faster than Other Workers, and we make sure candidates understand this before they commit.

The need is real
Public Department of Labor data shows how many U.S. employers already rely on EB-3 to fill jobs that don’t require a college degree.
68,799 certified PERM cases for jobs that don’t require a college degree
15,165 employers behind those cases
56,656 were Other Worker (EW-3) level: under 24 months of required training or experience
46,344 required no prior experience at all
Most common job families: food service (cooks, food prep, servers), food processing, caregiving, production, warehouse and packing, landscaping, cleaning and housekeeping.

What we stand for
American workers first. We work only on genuine, full-time, permanent openings. Every case goes through the Department of Labor’s recruitment of U.S. workers, and qualified U.S. applicants should be considered in good faith.
Same terms for everyone. Sponsored workers are hired on the same terms as anyone else in the role, at or above the prevailing wage set by the Department of Labor.
The truth, always. We never invent or embellish a candidate’s education, experience or history, and we turn away anyone who does.
Compliance first. Every step follows DOL and USCIS rules. We are not a law firm: we give no legal advice, never share in attorneys’ fees, and work alongside your counsel, never around them.
Honest about outcomes. Decisions belong to DOL, USCIS and the State Department. We never promise what we can’t control.
Here for the long run. A placement isn’t done at the visa. It’s done when someone is settled, contributing and glad they came.
Why we started
EB3 Match was founded by Kai, who has lived in the United States, Mexico and Thailand and runs a Chinese-language channel about life abroad and immigration. The people who follow that channel keep asking the same question: is there an honest, legal way to work in America and build a future there? Too often, the answers they find are confusing or simply untrue.
We built EB3 Match to be the partner we wished existed: one that treats candidates as future neighbors and employers as long-term partners. Today many candidates from Thailand and China come to us directly, and we take that trust seriously: we tell them the truth and introduce them only to real jobs.
Let’s talk
