About us
EB3 Match is a matching platform for EB-3 employer-sponsored green cards. We help people from China find U.S. employers willing to sponsor them, and help U.S. employers find candidates from China who want to build a long-term life and career here.
How the platform works
- Employers join: U.S. employers apply to join, and once we verify the business we open an employer account. Employers post their openings, receive résumés from Chinese candidates in their account, and can browse anonymized profiles in our talent pool, shared only with each candidate’s consent.
- Candidates register: candidates sign up for the talent pool, learn how EB-3 really works, including the backlog and costs, and apply to verified jobs.
- Screened before you see them: we interview candidates, including an English conversation, before employers see their résumés.
- Attorneys do the legal work: licensed immigration attorneys retained by the employer handle the labor certification and petitions; we coordinate and help candidates prepare their documents.
What we don’t do
- We are not a law firm and don’t give legal advice
- We don’t sell “sponsorship slots” or promise approval
- Candidates never pay labor certification costs
- We never help anyone fabricate education, experience or other documents
Founder
Kai has lived in the United States, Mexico and Thailand and runs a Chinese-language channel about overseas life and immigration. Many followers want a legal way to work and immigrate to the U.S. but can’t tell real opportunities from scams. EB3 Match exists to make that process transparent and reliable.
