Employer FAQ

What does the employer pay?
Under Department of Labor rules, the employer pays the costs of labor certification (PERM), including attorney fees and recruitment advertising. Our own fees depend on your needs; book a call.
Which employers can sponsor?
A U.S. business operating lawfully, with full-time permanent jobs and the ability to pay the prevailing wage. Try the eligibility check.
How soon can workers start?
PERM, I-140 and the visa bulletin wait usually add up to several years. EB-3 is for long-term workforce planning, not urgent needs.
Will workers leave once they have a green card?
Green card holders can change jobs. We tell candidates honestly that you expect a long-term commitment, and look for people who genuinely want the job.
We had layoffs recently. Can we still sponsor?
Layoffs in the same occupation and area trigger extra PERM requirements, including notifying laid-off workers. Tell us the details so counsel can assess.
How many workers can we sponsor?
You can sponsor several people for the same job, but each needs a real opening and recruitment must be done.
