We collect only what we need to serve you.
What we collect
- What you enter in our forms: name, contact details, country of birth, status, education, work history, immigration history and similar
- Résumés and documents you upload
- A one-way hash of your IP address, to prevent abuse
How we use it
- To assess which jobs and categories fit you, and to contact you
- With your consent, to share what’s needed with sponsoring employers and immigration attorneys
- To show your case progress in the client portal
Where it is stored
Data is stored on Cloudflare servers outside mainland China. By submitting a form you consent to this transfer and storage.
How long we keep it
Inquiries from people who don’t become clients are kept for up to 2 years; client records are kept after a case ends as required by law. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal information
- We don’t share it with third parties for marketing unrelated to your application
