What is EB-3?

EB-3 lets U.S. employers sponsor foreign workers for green cards for full-time, permanent jobs, in three categories: professionals, skilled workers and other workers. The worker, spouse and unmarried children under 21 all become permanent residents.

Unlike temporary visas such as H-2B, EB-3 workers aren’t seasonal and can work year-round.
